Carol Cunningham has been sculpting her subjects for over twenty-nine years. Her major subject was  the horse until she moved to Colorado twenty years ago from Texas. Rendering spirit and character in clay and bronze, Carol has now expanded her subject matter to wildlife and various subjects incorporating children. Carol is well known for her capturing the inner action of children and animals.

Carol’s education and training includes Lincoln University, Kansas City Art Institute, Southwest Craft Center and McNay Art Institute. Carol also has bred and trained horses for many years, and is a past Director of the Missouri Veterinary Museum.

Currently Carol offers  pieces, ranging in size from miniature to life-size and monumental.
